We’re ready to help you set goals, get results, and create a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain throughout the whole year.
So many of us start out the new year pumped up and ready to conquer our goals! Many times, this motivation slowly starts to wear off and we’re back swimming in our old habits. Well, not this year. This year, we are going to kick off the new year with creating healthy habits that are maintainable, enjoyable, and will have us feeling AMAZING. There will be no need to ever look back on old cravings or bad habits!
Our coaches are prepared to lift you up and motivate you for the entire 6 weeks, that way you’ll have no choice but to stick to your goals and get incredible results. If you need more encouragement, extra accountability, personal nutrition guidance, an extreme push during workouts, or exercise modifications, our team is always here for you.
This challenge is all about shaping our overall wellness. This includes physical and mental transformation! Sleep, self-love, positive mindset, willpower, strength, nutrition, hydration… these are all important components to becoming your best and not one of them should ever be overlooked. That’s why we have put together our new set of guidelines and daily practices! We will begin by setting goals and making a plan of attack to crush them, then work day in and day out to level up so you can shout from the rooftop, “THIS IS MY YEAR!”

Where else can you be challenged, supported, full of sweat, and have a blast all at the same time? Oh and did we mention it’s only 30 minutes (2%) of your day? Workouts that fit your schedule and your ability!

You will receive weekly meal plans and grocery lists that can be simplified and customized, so you can lose weight while eating what you enjoy! Everything is organized and laid out for you, all you have to do is shop, prep, and stay committed!

We have integrated recipes into each weekly meal plan, but you always have the option to make substitutions and try new things as much or as little as you want. what do i need to know?
It depends on how early you are to the party! The first wave of signees are awarded with the Early Bird special, valued at $150. The final registrants pay the full price of $168. Register as soon as you can to take advantage of the specials!
In addition, we will waive the registration fees if you pay in full at checkout!
The challenge begins Monday, January 20th and finishes Saturday, February 29th. Just come in during our training hours to participate!
Mondays - Fridays:
5:00am, 5:40am, 6:20am (45 minutes), 8:00am, 8:45am, 9:30am
4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm (45 minutes)
*No 6:15pm on Friday - our 5:30pm class on Friday is 45 minute bootcamp
7:15am, 8:00am, 8:45am (45 minute bootcamp + strength)
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 45 minute classes = 45 minute bootcamp
Tuesday and Thursday 45 minutes classes = 45 minute strength training
All other classes are 30 minute HIIT bootcamp
Everyone, regardless of gender or fitness level, can participate in this program. Our coaches can modify each workout for your personal needs, so both novices and pros can participate!
