In 6 weeks you’ll see your mindset shift, your body transform, and your lifestyle evolve. We’re talking waking up ready to attack the day with a smile, muscles to flex, and mouthwatering meals you won’t be able to resist and your friends & family will be jealous of. Start the season feelin’ fresh!

Our main focus is providing you with the best workouts and nutritional guidance around. However, we will also give you tips on decluttering and creating healthy routines because it’s pretty darn tough to grow if your hands are full from yesterday's clutter and bad habits! Goals will be set, obstacles will be conquered, muscles will be strengthened, and confidence gained.

Boomers is not like your typical gym or fitness center. Our team of extremely friendly, certified coaches welcome people of ANY fitness level, age, and gender! We know from experience that anyone can achieve the fitness transformation they hope for with the right personal training. Many of our challengers are pleasantly surprised when they start feeling stronger after just a few sessions, even from home!!! We’ll push you outside your comfort zone where you’ll see incredible results and make constant progress or can help you modify exercises that fit your experience and physical condition. This means any current injuries or lack of experience won't stand in the way of effectiveness and results.

Everyday our coaches bring you fresh new exercises, so you are never doing the same workout and you never get bored! Each workout is the perfect combo of strength and cardio designed with efficiency, purpose, and you in mind. Workouts that fit your schedule, ability, and can be conquered in the comfort of your own home until we are able to head back to the gym!

Have you ever wished you had someone to write down exactly what you should eat at every meal? That’s exactly what you’re going to get with this meal plan. However, you always have the option to customize and make substitutions as needed based on your schedule and pickiness as well. Either way, we’re keepin’ it fresh all spring long! Each daily meal plan will be a balance of all the essential macro and micronutrients so you can be fueled for success inside and outside the gym. Follow the plan, crush bootcamp, and you're guaranteed to lose body fat!

Imagine hot banana muffins fresh out the oven, Indi-Glow Overnight Oats ready for you to grab ‘n go in the morning, and quick fix salads full of all the fresh, spring superfoods. Yum. Our recipe guides always exceed challengers’ expectations and are a hit with the family too! Not only will the recipes we mix into your meal plan taste amazing, but they’ll have you feeling light, energized, and confident!

Our team of top-notch nutrition and fitness coaches are here for you throughout every step of your health and fitness journey. We will inspire you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing, help you modify any or all exercises when needed, and push you to step beyond your comfort zone when it comes to bootcamp, nutrition, and living an overall better lifestyle. Challengers are always sharing delicious recipes, celebrating victories, encouraging, sharing struggles, and lifting each other up through tough times. Our coaches are committed to providing extra motivation even outside of the gym and are ready to answer all of your questions.

what do i need to know?

It depends on how early you are to the party! The first wave of signees are awarded with the Early Bird special, valued at $75. The final registrants pay the full price of $85. Register as soon as you can to take advantage of the specials!

In addition, we will waive the registration fees if you pay in full at checkout!

The challenge begins Monday, May 11 and finishes Saturday, June 20. Just come in during our training hours to participate!

Mondays - Fridays:

AM Sessions:

5:00am, 5:40am, 6:20am (45 minutes), 8:00am, 8:45am, 9:30am

PM Sessions:

4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm (no 6:15pm session Friday - our 5:30pm class on Friday is 45 minute bootcamp)


AM Sessions:

7:15am, 8:00am, 8:45am (45 minute bootcamp + strength)

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 45 minute classes = 45 minute bootcamp

Tuesday and Thursday 45 minutes classes = 45 minute strength training

All other classes are 30 minute HIIT bootcamp

 *You will have 24/7 access to our virtual bootcamp classes! New workouts will be added every day until we are able to bring the party back to the gym!

Everyone, regardless of gender or fitness level, can participate in this program. Our coaches can modify each workout for your personal needs, so both novices and pros can participate!
