The Boomers team will be motivating you along the way, correcting your form in the gym so you can get the best results possible, and helping you modify any exercise when needed. We have trained elite athletes along with people who have never worked out in their life, so yes, you are most definitely welcome to our completely judge-free fit family. Our workouts include core, strength, and cardio movements designed to help you tighten and tone your entire body.

what's included with my program?

Every day, our coaches bring you fresh new exercises, so you are never doing the same workout and you never get bored! Each workout is the perfect combo of strength and cardio, designed with efficiency, purpose, and you in mind. Where else can you be challenged, supported, sweat off the pounds, and have a blast all at the same time? Oh and did we mention it’s only 30 minutes (2%) of your day? Workouts that fit your schedule and your ability!

Get the absolute best results with our renowned meal plan. You will receive customized weekly meal plans and grocery lists that can be simplified and personalized, so you can lose weight while eating what you enjoy. Everything is organized and laid out for you, all you have to do is shop, prep, and stay committed. We’ll even do grocery shopping tours to help you get an idea of what to look (and watch out) for!

Light and energizing breakfasts, easy on-the-go lunches, crockpot dinners, and so much more. We tend to hear "who knew eating so healthy could taste this good?!" throughout our challenges, and it is so true. We take simple recipes we know you and the whole family will love and integrate them into each weekly meal plan. You always have the option to make substitutions and try new things as much or as little as you’d like.

This challenge is just as much about mindset as it is physical change. We are empowering you to get stronger in the gym while creating positive, healthy habits of self love, goal setting, and lifting others up! This is the perfect recipe to feeling your best and crushing your goals!

what do i need to know?

It depends on how early you are to the party! The first wave of signees are awarded with the Early Bird special, valued at $95. The final registrants pay the full price of $97. Register as soon as you can to take advantage of the specials!

In addition, we will waive the registration fees if you pay in full at checkout!

The challenge begins Monday, September 16 and finishes Saturday, October 15. Just come in during our training hours to participate!

Mondays - Fridays:

AM Sessions:

5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 8:45am, 9:30am

PM Sessions:

4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm (no 6:15pm session Fridays)


Saturdays:

AM Sessions:

7:15am, 8:00am, 8:45am

Everyone, regardless of gender or fitness level, can participate in this program. Our coaches can modify each workout for your personal needs, so both novices and pros can participate!
