Boomers is not like your typical gym or fitness center. Our team of extremely friendly, certified coaches welcome people of ANY fitness level, age, and gender! We know from experience that anyone can achieve the fitness transformation they hope for with the right personal training. Many of our challengers are pleasantly surprised when they start feeling stronger after just a few sessions! We’ll push you outside your comfort zone where you’ll see incredible results and make constant progress or can help you modify exercises that fit your experience and physical condition. Everyday our coaches bring you fresh new exercises, so you are never doing the same workout and you never get bored! Each workout is the perfect combo of strength and cardio designed with efficiency, purpose, and you in mind. Where else can you be challenged, supported, full of sweat, and have a blast all at the same time? Oh and did we mention it’s only 30 minutes (2%) of your day? Workouts that fit your schedule and ability!
Have you ever wished you had someone to write down exactly what you should eat at every meal? That’s exactly what you’re going to get with this meal plan. However, you always have the option to customize and make substitutions as needed based on your schedule and taste buds too. Either way, we’re keepin’ it fresh all summer long! Each daily meal plan will be a balance of all the essential macro and micronutrients so you can be fueled for success inside and outside the gym. what do i need to know?
It depends on how early you are to the party! The first wave of signees are awarded with the Early Bird special, valued at $72. The final registrants pay the full price of $88. Register as soon as you can to take advantage of the specials!
In addition, we will waive the registration fees if you pay in full at checkout!
The challenge begins Monday, July 13, and finishes Saturday, August 8. Just come in during our training hours to participate!
