4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm (45 minutes)
*No 6:15pm on Friday - our 5:30pm class on Friday is 45 minute bootcamp
7:15am, 8:00am, 8:45am (45 minute bootcamp + strength)
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 45 minute classes = 45 minute bootcamp
Tuesday and Thursday 45 minutes classes = 45 minute strength training
All other classes are 30 minute HIIT bootcamp
Everyone, regardless of gender or fitness level, can participate in this program. Our coaches can modify each workout for your personal needs, so both novices and pros can participate!
